Each order is processed using laboratory-focused handling practices and securely packaged to help preserve the quality and integrity of research materials during transit.

Discreet Shipping

Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external product identification. Discretion and integrity are maintained throughout order fulfilment.

Shipping Method

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express, our exclusive shipping provider. No alternative shipping methods are offered.

Shipping costs $15, and is free for orders over $300.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, regional service availability and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking, details will be provided via email upon product dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment verification.

Orders placed on public holidays or at the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials and payment processing, no returns or refunds are available.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at proformpeptidesau@gmail.com within 48 hours.
Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

We will then be in contact with you to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

The following are not eligible for replacement:

  • Open, used or altered products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Orders affected by customer error or misuse
  • Change of mind
